Why did I receive only part of my order?
Occasionally, items in an order may be shipped separately due to varying stock availability across our warehouses. As a result, some packages may arrive before others. If this is the case for you, rest assured, the remaining items from your order are on their way and should arrive very soon. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Are these real LEGO?
The products are LEGO compatible, meaning they are unofficial but designed to work seamlessly with your existing LEGO parts and minifigures. While they are not produced by LEGO, we ensure that they meet standards of quality and compatibility. Our products are made from durable materials that are comparable to those used in official LEGO sets. I recieved a coupon code! How do I use it?
To use a discount code, be sure you have all desired items in your cart, then proceed to the checkout page. Navigate down to 'Have a discount code?' below the order summary. After clicking on this text, a text box should apper from which a discount code can be inputted. After inputting the discount code, hit the white 'Apply' button. Your discount code should now be applied!
